How to Use Your Palo Santo Sticks

Light the tip of a Palo Santo stick with a match or lighter, holding it at an angle, and let it catch a small flame for about 30 seconds to a minute. Gently blow out the flame so that the stick smoulders and releases smoke. Walk slowly around your room, or pass your crystals and jewellery through the smoke while holding a positive intention. When you are finished, rest the stick in a heat-resistant dish until it goes out completely. Sticks can be re-lit many times.
